People are tested according to the extent of their religion. Whoever has a strong religion, his test will be stronger, and whoever has a weak religion, his test will be double. Indeed, a man will be afflicted with affliction until he walks among the people what he is upon.” sin”.

  • In ancient times, among Muslims, if someone lost something or did not remember the location of a particular item he had put it, he would recite the verse from Surah Ad Duha, “And your Lord will give it to you, and you will be satisfied.”

  • It was also mentioned on the authority of Ubayy ibn Kab, may Allah be pleased with him, that he said, “Whoever reads it will be among those whom Allah Almighty has commanded to intercede for him, and ten good deeds will be recorded for him according to the number of every orphan and beggar.”
  • Likewise, scholars narrate a hadith on the authority of Ali bin Abi Talib, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him, said to him, “O Ali, whoever recites it, Allah will give him the reward of the prophets, and for every verse he recites, he will have the reward of one who gives charity.”
